I have spent my entire career in customer service, and one thing has always brought me the most satisfaction: making life easier for other people.
A vacation home or second residence should be a place of relaxation, not another source of stress. But managing a property from miles away usually means worrying about weather damage, maintenance, vendors, guest readiness, or something unexpected that turns an enjoyable trip into a frustrating one.
Living in North Georgia, where conditions can change fast, I saw how much it matters for homeowners to have a trusted local professional looking after their investment. Whether that means routine inspections, coordinating vendors, preparing a home before an arrival, or simply being reachable when something happens, my goal is to give homeowners complete peace of mind.
