Founding rate $249/month for the first 10 members, held for the life of the membership

Common questions about memberships

What does the Founding Member rate actually lock in?

The first ten homes to enroll in the Home Watch membership pay the founding rate of $249 a month and keep that rate for as long as the membership stays active. Founding members receive exactly the same service as every member who follows. Once ten places are filled, the founding rate closes.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Memberships are billed monthly. Enrollment requires acceptance of the Service Agreement and Liability Waiver, which set out scope, access and responsibilities in writing. That protects both of us, and it is not a lock-in period.

How do I pay?

Memberships bill automatically each month by credit card or bank transfer. À la carte and one-time services are invoiced separately once the scope is agreed.

Can I change membership levels later?

Yes. Most owners start with Home Watch and move up once they see how much of the day-to-day they would rather hand over. A founding rate follows you if you move up and later return to Home Watch.

What if something needs to be repaired?

We document it, notify you promptly, and coordinate the right vendor once you approve. Nothing is spent on your behalf without a conversation first.
